Coaching for Personal &
Professional Effectiveness

Our personal lives and workplace practices can be meaningfully enhanced through intentional and effective coaching. Through Cognitive Coaching (Costa & Garmston, 1994) we can enhance one’s intellectual capacity and develop positive interpersonal relationships that are the energy sources for effectiveness in productive organisations.

Participants will learn how to build coaching capabilities as a form of mediation that can be applied to interactions in a variety of contexts (personal, family, work) with the intention of enhancing self-directed learning in self and others. And for parents and bosses as leaders, it is only when we develop others that we permanently succeed.

Benefits of this Seminar
  • To help participants experience a more harmonious work-life balance

  • To build coaching capacities for effective mediation

  • To use Cognitive Coaching to address an area of concern in their personal and/or professional life
